@1jc - It's downright cruel to do this to your employees. Most people WORK for a company like this for STABILITY and THE BENEFITS. Nobody in their right mind would subject themselves to ths kind of increasing opressure and stress if it wasnt to provide BENEFITS to themsleves and their families.
I don't know what these people want from us. They keep wanting more and more more and giving us less and less and less.
I really feel like the employees need to start a union

I honestly don’t get all the hate comments. We are blessed to have a down to earth CEO. She’s kind, compassionate and relatable. I’m sorry if you are only soliciting like minded comments but I LOVED her pants! I love how she dresses comfortably and creates a comfortable environment.

@1h1 Sad. It's not right to carry out a "pilot study" like this on your own employees when healthcare prices are already skyrocketing and medical debt is one of the major causes of bankruptcy. Not all employees out there can afford to keep paying more and more money for less access to providers and lower quality healthcare options.

@1de no, we cannot opt out.

Was it ever clearly specified whether or not the IN employees will have other health plan choices besides ICHRA? Obviously if someone is covered by their spouse then they don't have to select a Centene health plan but I don't remember hearing clearly if Centene's plan is to herd all IN employees into ICHRA plans for the pilot study or if the IN employees have the option to opt out and retain their normal group health plans as before.

@19c obviously to save money, they don’t care about us.

Do you actually think they are making the change for us employees or to save themselves money?!?!?

Switching to ICHRA is mostly just for saving money for the company to appeal investors. Why else would they have a CFO on stage talking about increasing our margins?

Got to be hip and with it to be seen as one of the commoners when delivering a rah-rah speech about something nobody but executives wants.

Don't bury this lead: ICHRA is a bad idea for employees. The power in group insurance is using volume to secure a handful of robust coverage options.

Make NO mistake, moving to ICHRA will save the company a lot of money. They cap their out of pocket and when you pick higher priced plans to get what you have today, you get to cover the rest out of pocket.

Mark my words - ICHRA will come to the entire company in 2027.

She dresses that way at town halls to make us think she’s one of us…and how about those cult slogan tshirts?! That was bizarre.
