If you're unwilling or don't know how to play politics, you won't get far. It's as simple as that.

SF politics does not deserve to be called a swamp. Its more like s sewer full of rats and sh*t.
No personal threat. However, if you like to slander and libel me, I would be happy to sit down personally and discuss with you why you believe I have no ethics.
So now you are making personal threats?
You may think I dont but would be happy to say it all in person unlike you! Loading up the likes makes me stronger pencil neck.
@mnqv, loves to talk about leadership, morals, integrity and honor. And read what he says. None of those attributes does he possess.
Oh goody, this is just like high school now!
Meow little kitty
@kzpb. Hey look! Theres the clown that gets off on outting someone down for their opinion.
The Deloitte and Accenture military industrial IoT complex /“partnerships” really are helping - ugly d-mb playbook and management agendas
Sad to see this
LOL-@jgja got busted for being fake and in front of everyone! The lion is a little kitty hahahsha
Isnt it funny how they make it sound like they gave everyone everything they have. Talk about hypocrisy. State Farm doesnt give sh*t to no one unless youre the chosen ones. I worked for every fkg thing Ive got and I deserve it. SF gave me nothing! Does everyone see how they make themselves look like almighty and put others down to be less than so they can gobble up more? I know their game well and they run this site. They have blood on their hands for a lot of people they have hurt and taken advantage of while they make themselves look like almighty good.
Typical hypocrite since you lived off SF for nearly 40 years. And now it represents the largest part of your retirement. I know you have 2!other pensions-both smaller.
Insurance is the social program you live off of? LOL How I make a living is none of your business.
Are you responsible for your insurance or the agent? Must be living off social programs and handouts.
My insurance has been with State Farm for over 45 years. I have met my agents maybe 5 times at most. Thats how busy they are. I dont walk behind bulls because stepping on BS stinks.
@gtnk….unless you’re an agent, you wouldn’t be meeting a lot of people that you know to be policyholders and you know to have all the toys.
After a decade in claims and three more in agency, I have met and worked with hundreds of them at least. They’re pretty much like everybody else. Some are terrific people and some are a-holes. Few of them are bitter like you, though.
So an opinion and opinions dont require a psychological examination. Strictly on observation. Your psych degree worked well on your kids right? So well it coukd be used with the politicians we have in DC. They need your failing help.
So you never had any schooling beyond HS. bug you are qualified to make a psychological evaluation of PH’s-a marriage of arrogance and ignorance.
99% of the policyholders I met st SF who had boatloads of money and all the toys were the very unhappy people. The more one has the more they have to maintain making them more greedy. The happiest people have less and appreciate what they have. Happy people appreciate the gifts of God not from man.
Winners BURN diesel!
Isn’t the one with the most toys the winner? Unless you enjoy being a loser.
@gckc-wait weren’t you just describing MBA’s versus you. Seems like @ghis was just reinforcing your comments in his or her own words.
@ghis Another elitist who again doesn't know that diesel provides him his food and electricity to run his keyboard warrior type. Jealous much you couldn't drive a diesel truck. You prove you are an thinking you are better than others. Listen up people. This is your leadership who needs their toys taken away from them and told to go stand in the corner for awhile. They have ZERO humility thinking another human is trash. SAD BUNCH!
Oh and one other thing. Those MBA corner office keyboard warriors are the ones that rely on us who can feed and protect them. Maybe someday when they take away their toys they'll finally "get it" and see "the light" and not their deep "dark" world!
@gwov-under educated , underperforming low class thinks driving a diesel truck and hunting squirrels raises his trailer park upbringing. The elites need your kind to do the disgusting jobs. Thanks for your servitude.
Politics today is a joke. They love chaos while they sit on their money. Little do they know that wont feed and protect their a$$es. Thank God I was taught at a young age how to feed and protect myself. Those MBA corner office keyboard warriors can't! How's that for politically correct? LOL
Give a tutorial on the politics instead of the common "you won't get far"
In too many cases there are far more people trying to move up, than spots allow, and doing it by pure merit will leave you with 1000 hires for 12 jobs.
I agree, its a problem, and we lose seriously good workers because their TM had a better friend that got the promotion instead.
Im not sure how to fix it though, and with merit starting to be seen as "problematic" it leaves more and more weight on politics/nepotism/favoritism which weakens the company with every spot filled.
@4tkvb-wsy to demonstrate you don’t even have a rudimentary knowledge of what political means. Your posts are always good for a laugh/not with but at you ,
Heres how political SF is. They get you up to a certain pay level, expect you to do 5 to 10 times the work you did at a lower pay level then drop you like a hot potato. Its all about money and how they can sc--w the working stiff to line their elitist pockets. Thats SF politics!
A lot of politicians at SF and we all know what we think of politicians. They live and die in their lies.
This d-mb discussion belongs somewhere else. WTH?
Anyone who says someone has no life speaks volumes about their respect for life. Would you trust them?
Diversity and inclusion have nothing to do with the First Amendment. They also aren’t “mine”.
And, again…….Here you are, speaking freely. So what’s the problem?
So your diversity and inclusion is hypocrisy?
That’s NOT what first amendment is about. If you’re employed by State Farm and trashing them in the course of your job…..you’re a du----s. And they have every right to fire you.
Say anything on SF property contrary to their belief, and they will do everything in their power to terminate you. Seen it done many times. In essence you dont have a first ammendment.
- First Amendment…..yet here you are, speaking freely. Anyway, it says the GOVERNMENT can’t stifle your speech. It also doesn’t require anybody to listen or to validate what you say.
- Second Amendment….oops. Government again. An employer or private party can certainly prohibit firearms on their premises.
- Fourth Amendment…..government again. But anyway State Farm certainly isn’t illegally searching and seizing your property. Nor are they detaining you or imprisoning you. You’re free to leave anytime.
People need to stop whining about their Constitutional rights when they don’t have the slightest understanding of the Constitution.
Which amendment do you want? First, second, fourth. Take your pick.
@gch……apart from ranting, what ACTUAL Constitutional rights are you denied by State Farm?
