I was on vacation this week and just saw John Saw’s email where CTO promoted 75 people.
Are these promotions company wide?
Did the see the survey results and panic?
Layoffs to come to compensate?

They forgot to promote academy award winning actor and mobility monkey agastya. He is smartest mid level manager of all time. He is chief tyranny officer for sure.

His group is Network Architecture and Engineering, Product Management, Technology Labs. etc. These are all folks who didn't get promoted during last year's layoffs. 75 promoted are mainly going from line engineer to Sr. Engineer status. There may be some principals going to MTS also.
Saw was unsuccessful as a CTO for Clearwire and then Sprint. He's now CTO for T-Mobile. Can't wait to see him and Ulf fully destroy what legacy T-Mobile built.
Must be because I am in the Central region and folks have been promotied.
