Transformation = sell DXC! Salvino failed to sell DXC.
The new VP's history at his last 3 companies was to SELL them!

Good if DXC is sold then maybe the new owners will give some of you pay 💰 increases, the others will be let go with no severance like it should be. You that stayed and bi--h and not do your jobs should be fired for cause
Insurance or ISB is already being set up as a separate company and structured accordingly. It’s one of the few and different assets that may have some value even though most of the software is 1980 and 90s vintage with lipstick on a pig. It has at least a great customer base that is reliant upon it unlike the rest of the generic services and non-repeatable solutions that anyone can provide of offer cloud. Hence why revenue is decreasing. There is no strategy or ability to turn this around and I don’t believe this is there intention now. Just talk a good story and execs ride the grave train to the cliff. It’s really obvious to see.
Who is taking the next sabbatical? C&I sales honcho is gone, L3 in finance gone, L3 in GBS gone. Seems like things are being fast forwarded.
There is also some indication that hundreds if not thousands of people managers will be wiped out in internal functions shortly.
@1uxu+1shI43lU trust me bro
@OP+1shI43lU: thank you for sharing, but what is the source for your info? The press only mentions the standard stuff, that he helped other companies transform and grow. However, it is not obvious how he achieved that.
@1czj+1shI43lU my inclination is that insurance will be spun out. Seems like an obvious move.
Brady uncle will be next in line to exit. Some other useless execs in internal functions will be made redundant as well. Insurance will be completely split and sold asap.
Looks like his been brought into chop out all the useless processes and layers of endless pen pusher managers. I guess Jimbo Brady will be spending "more time with his family" shortly.
By using templates to streamline processes, automating repetitive tasks, prioritizing workload management, establishing and implementing standard operating procedures, empowering employees with decision making authority, reducing meetings with clear objectives and action plans, measuring efficiency through key performance indicators, eliminating unnecessary paperwork, and adopting a continuous improvement mindset, businesses can quickly and easily make operational improvements that will have long lasting benefits.
It might be better for everyone if DXC is sold. Nothing wrong with that.
Gone soon I bet!
