Not as good as the first one, but worth a read. John's podcast is definitely worth a watch.
@1ck This is an excellent dissection of John's podcast ... I want to say that you may be a little harder on him than he deserves, but it's well written & thoughtful. Roll on episode 3!
Episode 2: Collaboration

@b0 Were really sorry you found it difficult going - it's intended for a +18 reading age.
This article gave me brain damage as i was skimming it. When I asked AI to summarize it, even grock and chat gpt said it was weak and poorly done. In short the idea is humility in leadership. The majoirty of the subjects in the article and not humble nor do they practice humility. All have ego problems. But hey, sign of narcissistic people, they think they are christ like and perfect. Do as I say not as I do.
"A podcast about humility in which the opening ten minutes consist of the hosts telling each other how wonderful they are is either deeply ironic or entirely unself-aware. Given that nobody appears to have noticed, the smart money is on the latter."
May I just say: LLLLLLLLLLLLLoooooooooooollllllll :D
I hadn't realized that Healy had a podcast - watched it first before taking a look at this critique ... NGL, it's a lot more fair minded than I'd expected. Looking forward to the next one. Keep it up.
