Many people are older and racist. They only laid off minority people. This is not acceptable. If I go to EEOC then I can demand millions of dollars.

@1ca All who were laid off weren't low performers. Some were just in jobs that were deemed non-critical, even though the individual performed well.
I think this post is from HR or Communications as CYA!!
In fact, the recent large layoff was full of reverse-discrimination - complete opposite!
I make a $100k a year.
Actually, many companies (Pratt included) usually layoff the higher paid positions (which tend to be older employees).
You can’t always play the race card to make up for being a low performer. Want a better experience at work? Don’t su-k at your job.
If that’s the case then what’s stopping you?
