Any other ideas? I figure anybody that has had a foot in the place in the last 5 years has something to say and little if it is good. This isn’t just bitterness or complaining now. It is literally systematically holding down wages and actively preventing advancement and growth.
Amazon actually gets in trouble for far less.
#OracleToo probably a bit different than #AppleToo in terms that Oracle probably goes too far on the political correctness. #OracleToo issue is more along the lines of what other businesses unionize. They are literally the Walmart of tech with the exception that customers, by in large, like to shop at Walmart. Oracle is hated by both customers and most employees. Mid managers are rats carrying out the mission of the execs that set low comp, no merit increase and foster a work environment that can be mostly miserable for long term employees. The smart employees build some needed skills and move on to greener pastures.
