Why quit when you get paid for doing nothing?
I only see quiet quitting if that’s what you mean. How many of you empty deskers are working another job while pretending to still work here and collecting a check?
I love Longmont. I only show up 1-2 times a week to charge my Tesla and attend the Yoga classes. Most of my work involves updating spreadsheets and PowerPoints, so there's no need for me to be there 5 days a week 😎

People are looking for stability too… the merry go round of rifs every few months is not good for morale. People are also realising that there is life outside of seagate.
