Also was surprised to hear that Neidorff was on medical leave. (I'm a former Wellcare person who worked a crazy 6 months for Centene after the acquisition).
Still have same cr---y Sr Management and cr---y old systems.
Interesting perspective since she is from Centene, she would have had input in those survey results in the past, I would think.
It isn't just the CEO you need to worry about. It's the VP and lower level management that are freaking clueless. They see a number, panic, and don't even know what the he** they are panicking about. It is a comedy of errors top down.
I sure hope she’s for working from home.
