Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

So does anyone think the new CEO will make Centene better?

Be interested in knowing from this group opinions on the new CEO Sarah London and changes in leadership. Do you think it'll get better? Worse?

Also was surprised to hear that Neidorff was on medical leave. (I'm a former Wellcare person who worked a crazy 6 months for Centene after the acquisition).

Interesting perspective since she is from Centene, she would have had input in those survey results in the past, I would think.

It isn't just the CEO you need to worry about. It's the VP and lower level management that are freaking clueless. They see a number, panic, and don't even know what the he** they are panicking about. It is a comedy of errors top down.

Will be better for upper management but no improvement for nonmanagement

Im looking forward to it! She had an impressive background, and a lot of experience in the areas Centene had experienced weaknesses based on survey results.
