@1av Well, I mean I don't even know if they care enough anymore. A few years ago it was seen as a red flag if not enough people in a team didn't care enough to take the survey, but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't give a sh-t about this either.
The hilarious thing about is that I know sessions like these where HR didn't invite just the team but the manager of the team as well. Good luck getting honest feedback when the most likely reason to why nobody gave a damn is sitting on the same call as well :D Dell in a nutshell.
It's the pretty much the same as the "brown bag" sessions some higher ups used to have and the questions were pre-screened by each step of the way before getting to them :D
@v7 feedback session even if you didn't send the TD survey is a joke, I prefer do my regulary proscrinating tasks, and leave office after lunch.

If not enough people take the survey, the scores go directly to the managers above them, and HR is likely to get involved and you'll get to have a wonderful tell dell feedback session with them as well (if they care anymore at this point, that is what they used to do, anyways).
@r2 You took 15 minutes to do the tell dell survey? I recommend some remedial reading classes, unless you were reading it in something other than your 1st language.

Who knows but I highly doubt it affects them much - if at all... I did my TD last week and gave negative responses to my manager because he deserved it however, I wish I was more cruel because over the last YEAR, I talked to him for a total of maybe 2 hours total? This includes monthly 1x1's.. Bro just didnt gaf about any of us. Thank god we were just moved under a competent and GOOD director last week, though! Im actually excited and happy about this lol
@OP This is why the Tell Dell survey is a complete joke! The results are totally skewed because those who take it think they'll be retaliated against by their manager if they write honestly about what an incompetent dolt he/she is - describes most managers at Dell.
A manager with a low response rate has been looked upon badly in the past. Who knows these days.
