Similar to what others mentioned in the Marcus thread, it seems you might be missing those lunches and “personal” mentoring sessions with creepy douche Marcus. You could arrange those special “personal” sessions around Bellevue, similar to what someone still does.

Nope. It's one of those older, experienced, higher compensate Boomer/Gen Zers with zero debt, all kids grown and earning their own living, who were laid off because our noses weren't brown enough.
The fool has bet the farm on AI being able to handle everything. AI has it's place and using it to parse big data is certainly one of those places, but he allowed cuts to happen that are destroying internal morale, that have a lot of my former colleagues ACTIVELY seeking other roles outside of TMO. And I'm talking about a lot of the tribal knowledge holders, not the newbs that may only know their role as it stands today. You lose that tribal knowledge on the systems side and you do nothing but burn cash trying to figure out how things were really put into place.
Mike is ridiculously smart. One of the brightest persons you will ever meet. He just doesn’t care about all of you. Some SLT members actually do though.

I am no fan of Mike Sievert but some of you are delusional. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Look it up along with some of the alumni that have graduated from that Business School. I am betting most of you have never even heard of it. He played a huge role behind the scenes when Legere was in charge. Legere has even mentioned this numerous times. Your job could be done for pennies in The Philippines. His cannot. You don't have to like it. I certainly don't. But those are the facts. Live with it and get busy leveling up and gaining more skills.
Firstly, Mike doesn't hold an MBA; he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree. Secondly, we are all replaceable. In my interactions with him, he has shown competence and asked insightful questions, overall doing a good job with the company.
Like everyone, he has made some questionable decisions, such as assigning Callie responsibility for Digital, leading to the hiring of Marcus "No clue" East by Callie. Mike should have addressed the issue promptly, but instead, it was delegated to Callie, Kartz, and eventually Nestor.
It's time for everyone to explore opportunities outside of T-Mobile—there are plenty of jobs available. Why waste time being miserable and discussing T-Mobile? Yes, my time will come soon, but it's a business reality, and I keep my resume updated.

Wrong, everyone is replaceable, even a ceo. They're put into position to follow a specific agenda to which they are given behind closed doors. One stroke of the pen from Germany and they can begin his exit strategy as well.

It is sickening how this late stage capitalistic society kowtows to executives. We were fed lies that they are "job creators" and yet many people are struggling just to make rent. Seivert is replaceable as any of us. He's nothing more than a cookie cutter MBA from Middle America; they're a dime a dozen. He just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
Mike is an amazing leader.
He is cutting expenses to offset future purchased to align TMO with other growing categories aside from phones.
You are replaceable as early as tomorrow morning. He isn't. As mean as that sounds it's the truth. The best advice for you is to find another job where you can be a replaceable drone and hope it lasts as long as possible or become irreplaceable.
