Firstly, Mike doesn't hold an MBA; he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree. Secondly, we are all replaceable. In my interactions with him, he has shown competence and asked insightful questions, overall doing a good job with the company.
Like everyone, he has made some questionable decisions, such as assigning Callie responsibility for Digital, leading to the hiring of Marcus "No clue" East by Callie. Mike should have addressed the issue promptly, but instead, it was delegated to Callie, Kartz, and eventually Nestor.
It's time for everyone to explore opportunities outside of T-Mobile—there are plenty of jobs available. Why waste time being miserable and discussing T-Mobile? Yes, my time will come soon, but it's a business reality, and I keep my resume updated.
