The severance and retirement is a joke!! Work over 30 years to be told that your medical retirement will be over 1100.00 a month and no financial assistance. ,
If you think the NDA isn't enough, you can always bluff and say you have an offer from [relevant regaltory agency]. All you have to do from there is show competence in explaining the gaps in compensating controls. Your pay is nothing compared what regulatory agencies "might" find and charge for.
NDA’s DO NOT prevent you from reporting illegal activity from your employer. If you feel your termination is discriminatory contact your local EEOC and provide as much documentation as possible.
