Believe that it’s real… people did get laid off. This is the norm for Gainwell. Not one department is safe.

I was laid off today. Not tech related but not a low level type job either.
Not everyone has visibility into such info. HR informant was laid off late last year.

Weird "survey" sent out today. Seemed more like phishing info out of the employees and it was only for Shared Services folks. Also, they sent this survey while we are working on our self- assessments...

Apr 4th and Apr 11th are critical for layoffs.
