@19s They are not measured by the agentic app the team created but by the number of decks the team can create or who knows what. Even if the agentic AI app solves a real problem which most of them do, the manager still does not know how to advocate for it. It is an uphill battle... and we are in the middle of it. And yet this is what makes me go to work every day. I know that I provide value, eventually managers like that will become obsolete.

the ai tools tell us to stop investing in ai. The AI figured out that in d i a is a waste of an investment. woooaaa
If anyone else does any kind of thing that can benefit the team, managers don’t care. They just don’t want their juniors to shine. They play favorites and threaten.
Why would anyone do that?
Adoption? Everyone is using AI in 2026. This isnt the 1980s, what old and stoopid dept do you work in?
