@19q TR expects you to self-report comparable new employment if you are re-employed during your severance period. So don’t report it. Don’t post a new job on LinkedIn or any other social media if it’s within your severance package timeframe.

@OP I’m not hearing severance is an option. They are PIP’ing people to meet the goals.

In 2021 TR made some changes to severance:

2 weeks of pay per year of service, minimum 4 weeks, maximum of 52 weeks

However, if you get comparable employment they can terminate your severance/benefits

Its a formula used for severance. 10 days per service year, plus 7 days and a cap on 5 months severance. Common practice
