I’m hearing loan ops, ops technology, consent order, people working on transformation and mainly in US. The folks I know of were in NYC, Tampa, Delaware, NJ and TX. Most work has been transferred to India and some in Latam. Main reason given was performance and automation.

So was in shock during the RIF call and dont recall details. Where the $ #s they read to us from the script after taxes? For severance. And also paid until the next 60 days right?. Single
