Seriously. Go to another bank. Find the strength of racism that exists no where else only at our finest USAA. even more odd, most employees are actually supportive and help one another at other banks. We have a deep rot here. its why we only attract the most d-list leaders.

@4k5 you're also the type of person who thinks USAA cares about you as an individual person.
@47h the prevalent racism within the MAGA cult. It’s not saying that everyone in the MAGA cult is racist, but the racism is prevalent and growing.
I can break it down more if you’d like.
@47h and imaginary construct that validates their feelings of anger and laziness.
White, straight and christian only gor america…
But maga is on its last legs, so….
What is Maga Racism?
@196 our members worked side by side with H1B employees during all of OEF and OIF with the greatest amount of empathy, compassion and care. Members used their own paychecks to send money back to H1B1 visa holder families during critical times - it was widely reported in militarytimes.
These were all jobs that could have technically been done by us citizens- at a time when there was record unemployment where the employers were US based and contracted by the US government by a republican president.
Our members care, but we don’t care about the politics of this, only the humanity. Your assumption on both stereotypes is flat wrong.
Hey I’m not saying you all are not needed, overpaid and undereducated- thus requiring H1B visas in the United States
No - Donald Trump and the Republicans are pushing that as their policy.
@196 the MOST diverse workforce in America that works in more countries and works with more foreign nationals than any other workforce and deployed and dependent on thousands of H1B visa holders? THOSE memebers? We know their value. We know their education. WE know that this is racism.
Try a different justification for your lazy and uneducated racism
@1dw - ummm 191 seems perfectly fine. They simply cited the civil rights act and pointed out some of the systemic racism that’s built into our organization - that we are seeing played out in real-time here on this forum. Ohhhh no, they need mental health support for connecting two very obvious dots.
I guess, are YOU okay?
@191 you ok? You should take advantage of the mental health benefits provided by our subpar insurance.
I promise you our actual members don’t care about “racism” towards H1B
USAA is an American company that serves American military families
It’s not a vehicle for H1B to displace Americans
An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Do better usaa. And executives reading this post should model behaviors… tone from the top. We only have a 21 percent liquidity and we are not modeling behaviors that the founders created and that millions of soldiers gave their lives for. The civil rights act, paragraph 14… read it. The CRA. We are all in this mess because we cannot model behaviors and even middle management or some of them. Not all. Let’s do better. We cannot afford a class action law suit. Let’s shut up on this site. Tone from the top. Get it together. Executives do better. Send out messages. Stop this nonsense. You are in charge. Look at the liquidity. The credit risk. The reputational damage this racism display is causing. What can you do. So many people sacrificed themselves for freedom. These rants are a disgrace.

H1B crackdown is going to result in a lot of crying about racism
Is the racism in the room right now? Can you point to it please?
What are we discussing here? Confusing post
lol. You’re about to make these little racist cry with their downvotes with all these facts. Or proclaim “ya I am, I don’t care who knows, behind an anonymous site”
Goldman Sachs: No one. Employees praised getting rid of underperforming and under qualified IT employees. (Literally the sentiment held by us all).

Wells Fargo: No lazy whining employees crying about brown people “taking their jobs”

@pm the 348 employed by USAA (less than 1%)?
Or are you mad at the 4th party vendors that we cannot force companies to hire and you’re on the wrong page?
Or maybe it’s the offshore contractors that aren’t even H1B visa holders, doing low level, extremely repetitive work that we haven’t been able to automate yet (but eventually will, thus never going to an American employee)?
Either way, the information is all out there. Actively blaming the mysterious “H1B” employee that’s NOT taking your job, is racist. But hey, if you’re mad at the random body shop or Mexico for taking your job, then by all means, quit, become a Mexican citizen and work for Pennie’s on then dollar or turn a wrench.
The discussion point should be about the displacement of US citizens by foreign workers, especially H1B and offshore body shops.
@je that’s literally the d-mbest thing I’ve read on this site in a while. Slow clapping for you.
It takes a racist to call someone a racist
Yes and the sky is blue. Just read, they are proud about it. Just point and laugh and lay them off.
Politics is truly a mind rot. I cannot seem to go anywhere without some mo--n having to discuss it.
It’s filled with racism
I’m confused. Are you saying that USAA is filled with racist people? Or are you saying that USAA should be more racist? This sounds really d-mb as I type it because the answer should be clear but here we are.
I’m good. As long as I’m paid well, I don’t give a rats a-s about what others think of me, racist or not.
lol we have former employees so bored with their lonely lives still posting their racist lines about Maní. it’s a cult.
