Raise % for Above and Beyond

Curious if anyone received an Above and Beyond rating and what % raise you received? I know of one colleague who did and their raise was 4%, which only equates to a couple thousand dollars more per year than if they had received a Meets rating and 2% raise. Doesn't seem worth it to put in extra effort and go "Above and Beyond".

What about those that received a Meets rating. What % raise did you receive?

@194 Hopefully I can experience the same one day soon. We are all too traumatized.

So glad I am no longer at AIG begging for scraps every year. I assumed all companies were cheap until I left and realized it isn’t normal.

15% above target equated to $1,000 more than STI goal. I would say not worth going above and beyond.

I did and was 15-20% above target so not a game changer by any means.

All STI and increase can also be different by country due to regulatory requirements and business unit due to that group's performance. 90% STI could be for high performers in one area and for low end of meets in another for any given year.

Raise correlates more to where you are in the grade range.

Big raises typically require a grade change which usually means a role change. Unless you are really low in your grade and they are moving you toward the middle. If you are on the high end of your grade your percent increase may be smaller regardless of performance.

STI payout percentage correlates to performance rating. There are ranges for each performance level with overlap.

Lucky folks. I got less than my 100% for my STI. Definitely not one of the above and beyond.
