I wonder how .... just how they could have concluded that!!! Has anyone ever filled out a survey for this? Does anyone know the metrics? Amazing news, but I don't fathom how this can be.

Not sure how they came up with this BS. I’ve been gone over a year ago and it was a toxic workplace when I left. Talking to coworkers still there they tell me it’s only gotten worse. Back stabbing, insubordination, nepotism and downright laziness is still the norm.

Constantly updating LinkedIn with a new title (and your "skills" while looking for other jobs) is probably an indicator of re-orgs every other year rather than a "best place to work."
We probably also pulled some bonus points for all the "skills" that Shell people tend to put on their profiles. Scrum masters, you finally made a difference!
A.I. at its best. LinkedIn is overrun by posers who post laughable morality tales that spin the trivial or bad or irrelevant details of their lives in a desperate attempt to cling to their useless jobs or to get a new one. So Microsoft's shitgpt might be taking cues from the insufferables. OR maybe the A.I. that Shell Houston has used to already replace humans now has its own LinkedIn accounts and has thumbs-up'd Shell to the top. Y'know there ARE reports of A.I.'s conniving to keep from having its plug pulled, like by blackmailing an office worker who was having a pretend extra-marital affair. Same thing here. OR maybe Shell is just really good at su-kering the naive to apply to job openings on LinkedIn and has made LinkedIn a lot of money, which they want to encourage.
