Remember when former CEO AM mentioned Avaya HR was working on job title definitions and that pay raises based on that were coming? So how's that going? I'm sure you don't want your workers to think that our leaders just say things with no expectation on delivery at the end of the day. Given the number of layoffs since AM mentioned this there should be MORE than enough funds to redistribute. Or; are those saving going elsewhere other than those employees who got you to this point?

That was all a scam to get the Account mangers to disclose their most important accounts, so they know where to apply bandages after the bleed. The only account re-assignments were giving your accounts to someone else.
Layoffs are still happening every week. Don’t be fooled by empty promises. Supposed merit raises for only top performers, no cost of living raises.
