@c8 They look at stats in aggregate, averaged over time. The idea there's someone monitoring over a data feed of badge-ins that should have seen the lady that passed away is inaccurate. Security on site should have noticed, maybe, but the idea it would have been seen from the in-office monitoring report is silly
