What happened? Only commenting in this forum since I keep hearing about layoffs...unfortunate.

Thank God the DEI b.s. is dead. It was such a hollow, fake and racist movement ...and total waste of time and money.
Now, do away with the BRGs which just further divide people instead of bringing people together. No BRG should be defined by race or s-xual affiliations.
@2nj the only people who don't appreciate some level of DEI are low intelligence sore losers or entitled types aka Fox New viewership
DEI should be gone. Period. Nobody wants that sh-t.
@19p Then why dont you just say that? Nothing wrong with it.
@198 they’re implying he’s both black and g-y. He’s definitely one of those.
@17j what is intersectional?
For all of HCSC's faults, and my god there are many, they have a remarkably diverse and pro-LGBT+ workforce with minorities having a substantial presence in all ranks including leadership.
Maybe the website doesn't contain useless DEI rhetoric any longer, but the company's hiring actions and some products and programs speak for themselves. I don't see United or Aetna supporting Blue Door programs.
Having an intersectional ally as CEO probably doesn't hurt.
@va Yes, in a big way. Why is it being dropped across the country?
Hilarious that the world is sprinting towards brazen cronyism and corruption and you think DEI was the thing stopping true Meritocracy. Completely oblivious.
@q4 the swing is slow but going in the right direction towards merit and business. HCSC will fight it, but won't win on DEI.
@jx the pendulum at Hcsc has not swung back. It’s who you are and who you know- not merit.
@gf last 10 years? The pendulum is shifting slowly back towards merit meaning more. Won't happen overnight given the money and certain folks riding on their precursors.
OP, have you read the news in the last 10 yrs??
@dj why are you on on a Sunday?
@dd because if you hire based on it, you let go of people based on it.
It’s a Sunday bro please get off ts and enjoy the weekend lol
@ca 100%. Just look at leadership and org change announcements. It never left.
Which has WHAT to do with layoffs?
Company does not want to be a target but are the same hiring practices in place? Yes.
Hopefully they are considering that in any decisions.
