@16r+1jsngsq0b Why do more and strive for your annual 2% merit and sh---y QIP with excuses. You know they get more than 20% bonus while sh-----g on you in March every year.

I hate this place. I can’t deal with these managers and directors today. I wish I can quit. I want to work for someone who appreciates our hard work. I always try to do more and find myself doing more just makes me feel stupid the next day.

Thank you to whoever started this G&A post. This department has gone straight to sh-t. Everything from our SVP and our directors. They don’t care about any of us. They worry about their AIP and how they are going to fake the success to the uppers. None of them can find their own tail to save when it’s their own time. It is coming and we can do something about it. Do the bare minimum and just take care of yourself and family.

@11t+1jsngsq0b - Dude, G & A is Grievance & Appeals ... not exactly the area you want to replace with AI.

Why should we even work today or get anything done when we have no idea if we made the list for cuts. If we didn't make the cut tomorrow just means we will get cut later this year? My manager even thinks she might be part of tomorrow too.

Replacing support staff / process experts with AI is willing to accept higher risk. (Regulatory fines, litigation cost) It will allow for more cutting corners on ethical oversight. It will be sacrificing the quality of cross functional collaboration for the sake of perceived savings.

Perceived savings. Someone fell for some serious BS, and made a bad decision out of desperation to look like they brought value with this "cost savings" of replacing these positions with AI.

@138+1jsngsq0b Leadership thinks they will do just fine. Keep attending those cost savings calls and buying into the bot building.

AI is going to do the work the process experts were doing. Not saying it right but that was what they e been training AI to do. I’m sure it will be awesome like all cost saving measures here.

How will GnA function without support staff and process experts? All the knowledge they have, the astounding amount of work they do. Does this mean the SVPs direct reports absorb it? They don't have the knowledge or basic understanding of process or policies. GnA is cooked. I'd hate to be legal representation for the team if there was no support staff or process experts.

May 1st, she gives us the boot then May 13 on her all associates meeting she praises her circle. Thats our SVP everyone. Look elsewhere or just work at your minimum.

G&A Manager,
Unfortunately it is not uncommon for the manager to not know. In my previous RIF, my manager was not in the know and that is when the whole team was let go. It’s quite cruel.

Who is leaking this information ? I am a G&A manager and I haven’t been told anything.

@10y+1jsngsq0b all the SVP does is spew BS on her all associates calls. There has never been any substance or support or real recognitions from her. She only takes care of herself and her friends. I’m sure she still will on May 1st.

Isn’t G&A usually general and admin - like those people not in sales or direct operating expenses. (analysts or finance or even hr) I assume cuts will hit everywhere eventually- just prepare best you can everyone!

The Process Experts and the support team?

Who exactly will support g&a then?

Is the SVP finally going to show up and work?

G&A Analysts, Process Experts and support team. Do yourself a favor and do the absolute bare minimum.

I don't know who in G&A, but I was told this Thursday is going to be a "blood bath."

So many of us are worried. I've barely been able to concentrate this week.

Who from G&A? Does anyone know? I am so stressed I can’t even work. My coworkers are all wondering if we should even try at work and my manager says it’s going to be really bad. We are being used and treated like we are just another number.
