However they still have to pay any accrued vacation balances to anyone that has a balance regardless if they change their vacation policy, or the reason an employee leaves.
Of course again only applies in the handful of states that require it by law.
Seems like more and more Corporations want to provide the least amount of comp/benefits to the majority of employees so they can over incent and over comp the C-Suite, VP's and a some of their top engineering talent.
