1000%, with JJ it’s like watching a toddler try to drive a car and by leading if you mean stumbling around and somehow the organization doesn’t completely implode despite her then yeah.

Anyone else notice JJ’s answer describing the triad as “Merch, Product and Design”? Painfully obvious that some of these leaders have absolutely no clue what happens in their orgs, even if they’ve been here a long time.
