Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

No money for you! Just the ceo

You get 3% or less wage increase while they are living their dream from your sweat and tears. You can’t get paid your incentive pay on time. You will be asked for even higher performance, but no pay increase. It’s the hurtz way.

As the CEO of Hertz Global Holdings (appointed April 2024), Gil West received a total compensation package of $35.18 million in the 2024 fiscal year. The package was largely driven by a $33 million stock award, with a base salary of $1.125 million to $1.5 million, according to Salary.com research and Justia filings.

@fj wouldn’t be a bad company if they cleaned house of the wasteful positions alongside the out of touch directors. They can’t even mesh with the younger workforce. This company wants to be edgy with senior citizens.

The D(elta) bags promised to crank the flywheel. First cylinder ripping out of the engine block was Henry. Here we are 2 years later and the flywheel is spewing cr-p everywhere!

@k6 less money, more micromanagement, spending on themselves, leisure wasteful spending.

Remember when the D(elta) bags first came to Hertz and said they would be making things better with the attitude of "dude trust me bro?" How did that work out? Did leadership keep their promises? Is Hertz a better place to work? Is it the company that people want to work for now?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results..what fools to invest into a failing company with the theme of back to basics. Make it make sense!

Yep. I agree. They let people go because people get burnt out. No morale at all. It’s a joke.
