The 2025 NORAD Tracks Santa is live, powered by NORAD and technology partners like Avaya, letting you track Santa's journey on Christmas Eve via their website (noradsanta.org), apps, social media, and smart devices, using radar, satellites, and jets to follow his sleigh from the North Pole as he delivers presents worldwide. You can watch his progress, play games, and even call a hotline for updates.
How to Track Santa in 2025:
Website: Visit the official site at noradsanta.org for live maps, games, and videos.
Social Media: Find live updates on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
Phone: Call the hotline at 1-877-HI-NORAD (1-877-446-6723) for expert updates.
About the Technology:
Avaya: Provides contact center solutions to handle calls and chats for the hotline, using their tech to connect callers with Santa trackers.
Radar & Satellites: NORAD uses its advanced radar, satellites, and jets to track Rudolph's nose (an infrared signature) and Santa's sleigh.

LMAO!
I'm now dying to know WHO would be so foolish to post this as if it was a bragging point about Avayas "innovative technology"????????
Seriously? Are there really these Batman -esq clowns still there who pride themselves on the supreme skill set to BS through any/all facts and still proudly smile as if they are some sort of tech genius???? I honestly did believe the best thing PD has done is stop the marketing BS spin game.
Come to think about it, I guess some of the product people have such bold assertions. I'm a partner. I KNOW what is real. My clients KNOW what is real, even if they still have Avaya. Yet sometimes we loop in Product or engage in their sessions and I have to "brace" the client for the unsubstantiated "pride" about the value of Avaya.
Avaya = VCR Technology
@197 YES ---- Filmed in Spring Training offices, not a contact center. Just office phones. Only NY Metro Regional Appt during super bowl

Who in the world actually believes this to be impressive? "Avaya quote/unquote supports an imaginary man flying through the sky via taking calls on 1990s technology"....
Man. This was entertaining as Avaya claiming to have a super bowl commercial because they showed the Mets practice facility in Florida that has 10 Avaya phones (not AI 🤣😂 ) installed

@10v lol I remember customers joking about it.. Im like call the number on the back and tell them
I really don't know how to comment on that video. Kind of reminds me about a time several years ago when Avaya was first spun off from Lucent. The company had "Go Avaya" stenciled on back of all of our vans, from a distance it looked like "Go Away".
Biggest Avaya marketing event of the year based on a child's fictional character! It's just embarrassing. Perhaps it's time to re-boot the Avaya 'viral' rap (which took desperate marketing to new depths of cringe) ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yi0QD3_CDZA
What an insult to both Santa and Rudolph!
Santa is dead.
Avaya isn't far behind.
YES. And Avayas Installed Base is as Real as Santa!
