Bonus chances?

For those that are still part of the bonus pool, what are the chances of a FY25 bonus? And when will it be paid out?

Everyone got same increase, but overall inflation and price hike is higher than bonus and salary increase. They don't care about your salary issues

Mark's former salary should be distributed to all the people he baselessly laid off or drove out.

Marks former salary should be given back to us in a bonus.

@167 looks like we are -10% this year so I expect a bonus of zero, nada, zilch

Hope
You like your salary because mark wants all the money for himself. He gave $600m back to investors while firing employees and likely giving employees no bonus.

@15a last year the "decelerator" was that if the company didn't make 98% of (aggressive) goals, we got nothing. Is that different this year?

And, of course, bonuses are based on company-wide numbers, not your business unit and not anything most employees can affect, while Mark wastes millions on fluff like SKO and his world show each year.

Lots of people with no knowledge are writing useless replies.

The bonus has an accelerator and decelerator (e.g if you beat the target by 2% the payout is much more, but it works in reserve as well).

Mark released the revenue to blunt the news of the cfo leaving so all we need to know is costs control. Q4 was strong but q3 was weak.

Expect the editda to be 10-15% below target which means if we get anything, it will be very small.

@hs can confirm. I was an IC who did not get that salary adjustment "because you get a bonus", but the bonus is a lie and there were no raises either, so it was a net loss. I would have taken that deal if offered -- 7.5% now versus a chance at 10% from a Mark-run company later is a no-brainer. I was not allowed to opt out of the bonus to take salary instead.

(I was not a manager, just senior IC. Everyone else on my team, at lower grades, got the salary bump.)

They’ve raised FY26 business target goals to the point that most who are bonus-eligible will certainly get less, is anything at all.

@g3 The bulk of MF IC got 7.5% of their bonus target as a salary adjustment - giving some employees salaries well above their job grade - raising red flags when they transferred under PM OT management.

@eg sounds like a horrible bonus. Please, please, please start looking. Don’t be the last one holding the bag.

@d5 is that a serious question? A few years back they forced most of the IC to take their bonus as a salary adjustment, but for Managers and some others there are still bonuses.

I saw a wide range of bonus ranges - from 5% up to 24%

Not quite the bonus anyone really desires, but it pays some of the bills. (the rest need a part job).

Bonus? What is a bonus? Who besides Mark and the ELT get them?

They will probably happen but be downsized.
