Mid Year Calibrations

Does anyone have any real insight into the typical distribution of Below Strong, Strong, and Above Strong ratings? I’m curious what percentage of employees generally fall into each category during calibration.

This mid year and end of year 2026 will definitely be 15% to 20%. They're desperate to cut costs.

@nh

All reviews are already done by now. The reviews is already in workday but you cant see it. When the manager sets up a call to discuss your performance at the start of the call he'll give you access to thecreview in update. Its already been determind and settled. It was already settled in May / June for mid year. For end of year it's already been settled in November/ December.

@an any idea what date these ratings are truly finalized? Legacy DFS here so understandably super nervous.

10% to 15% are below Strong and to be placed on a PIP to be fired. About 10% Above Strong and the rest about 70% to 75% are at Strong.
