@21n Keep us posted about the Dec 11th townhall. Good Luck.
Any more news for layoffs for the rest of the year/early 2026? Have a bad feeling the Dec 11 town hall will bring more bad news…
11/12/25 "approx 25 positions eliminated on shore being replaced with HIH - Accounting
@14d keep us posted.
care management will have 10% cut off.. severance is same as last time.. got packets for couple folks in my team..
@a1 got a blank meeting invite for Thursday from sup. In clinical operations.
@wd Same here, I wish I could be laid off. Unfortunately the director hates me for whatever reason and wants me to either quit or fire me.
Wait until the reality of that job search sets in.
@wd yep! when I got my notice, I was actually relieved. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I hadn’t realized how much my mental health was taking a massive beating every day. I feel like I can breathe again.
Honestly, I wish they would just lay me off. It is miserable. I would gladly take the severance and use the time off to grab some new certifications and find a new job or just work for myself. It’s not even fun anymore. It’s just a pi----g match of senior leadership and fake middle management.
So what was it
That’s too much notice to be a lay off.
Lay off meeting invites are set for a day or two out from the meeting and they more than not pick thursdays
@ak no, no one else on my direct team is on it. And when I asked my boss about it today they had no idea what it was.
is your manager in the invite and what is the title of the meeting usually?
got my notice today
Run, Forrest
@OP Got my notice this morning.
