Pappy's vacay brag is just so tone deaf and off putting, when most employees receive barely anything in raises and bonus. I've worked at several different companies over the years and MetLife by far, has some of the most tone deaf executive management I've ever encountered.

p.s. don't forget to give up your paltry 2% to the PAC.....and yeah I don't care if the creepy General is reading this...

If anybody get laid off due to poor performance reach out to corebridge former MetLife employees. They will readily take you in with a sign on bonus that could cover for your low bonus that you received. Reach out immediately. Telephone lines are open to take you in and secure you a full employment.

Got a low raise. Was told it was higher than many others got.

Didn't come close to keeping pace with the ever shrinking dollar.

Execs talk a good game about employee appreciation but are goosing the stock on the backs of the workers.

@av+1jneq3a2f AVIP is a BS appropriation which comes down to whether or not you kiss your bosses @zz. The 'discretionary' nature means you have the 'potential' to earn what was published but not entitled. At the end of the day your boss plays with the numbers and decides who gets the full amount and who gets shafted. Being new means you get squat.

I got a bull$h1t excuse for getting a lower base. AVP told me someone filed an ethics complaint against me. Really? No one from ER or the ethics committee reached out. So, how was THAT possible?
No evidence, just a subtle 'warning' and no reference to it in my performance review either.
