Anyone else getting multiple orders for items where you have just 1 unit in store?
Started prior to BF. Example: 8 orders for MK men's coat we had one of.
I've sent an email to our Ops person; no response. WTF?

This issue has been common for a while. Whenever a ticket has been put in the response is typically "just out the extra orders".
@jf did you open it servicenow? If so, would you mind sharing the ticket number? I’m interested in the root cause and resolution of this.
@12r I'm a fairly small store but even then there's no time for 2nd looks these days. Picks are still high
Can't believe Macy's would even allow an online order for 1 item in the store go through to the store level paying employees to search for it it could be anywhere. In damages/go backs/wrong dept as in my store we find men's coats in women's daily what a waste of time &energy could be helping a client in stores
So sad. Tony spring should work in Macy's for 2 weeks oh that's right he wants macy gone have only bloomingdales
