What’s the over/under on Kimmeridge getting all their demands? Seem to have a good track record with influencing other institutional investors

@10m My favorite part of his farewell speech was how he tried to say that, like us, he was also going through a time of change. Sure, he's going through a time of change, but he's also walking away with tens of millions of dollars. Most of us are left with fear and uncertainty.
Oh yeah, he also gets to keep a seat on the board, which will probably pay him $500k a year.

Who are these entitled a--hats. They owe less than 1% but make noise like they own 99%. Why give up a lucrative LNG market and be completely dependent on oil prices. As high as they are now? We know they can also be rock bottom. A balanced portfolio is the only way to win.
Well, Kinmeridge says they are a "significant" shareholder of both companies, so management should put on their chapstick and get on their knees.
In all seriousness, Kinmeridge isn't a top 10 shareholder of CTRA, and they are #10 of DVN. They can squawk all they want, doesn't mean anything will happen.
