lol the stock is at 5 year highs but workers no longer get RSUs. management gets to hog it all to themselves.
The stock has not been this high in almost 5 years. Dan must be doing something right.
With the way things have gone the last fifteen years anything would be better.
@kr chopping is easy. having a vision, a strategy to reshape & rebuild, and a will to execute it isn't. you need a character to do that and look beyond the street and fat stock options.
@ak agreed to a point …. But the management layers of fat that have been created since bell have needed chopped for a long long time

Dan sounds like a union busting scab who's in it to enrich himself by using a sledge hammer to cut costs.
Of course Dan will be more successful than the previous leaders. Why the doubt? Any fool can see the organization has to much bloat. As long as the board leves him untethered he will wildly succeed.
For Dan it’s a short term pump and dump scheme, hit the share price targets cash out and walk away into the sunset after creating generational wealth for his family.
He is 68 and has NOTHING to lose, 99% of people given this opportunity would do the same.
