GF is a horrible company to work for. To be honest the best decision I made ~2 years ago was to get out of the toxic environment. I couldn't take how "d-mb" the execs are at GF, they have zero technical knowledge but define GF's future, just crazy!! It should have been very clear when GF put a bean counter in as CEO, they don't care about technical roadmaps and strategy, they are just interested in bleeding as much money out of investors and taxpayers as possible.
Don't be the last person holding GFS stock to enrich the folks who got you to this low.

No, I was not rated off track but it is true anyone rated will be cut in 6 months.

I have heard from HR that the new practice of formally rating at mid year has resulted in a large number of off track ratings - and I can’t help but view this is as an easy way for the company (under new CEO leadership) to compile a cut list, while making it seem like the employee’s fault (less potential litigation risk after layoff).
What? Who? How many? I didn’t hear about this? Is it true?

Well good - these a--hats were terrible and stuck in this mindset that was keeping us from advancing. They were part of the problem. Honestly many more fall under this catagory and should be let go too. Change or get out of the way because this stagnate treading water style of theirs has gone on for faaaaaaar to long
