I would compile a list of concerns and work directly with Josh Akovenko. He will influence and drive appropriate outcomes.
@10y you should probably read the corporate policy handbook on responsible use of social media. You’re only fooling yourself if you think they don’t monitor it.
@10y it’s also an at will employer. If you don’t like the rules you don’t have to follow them. You just might have to not follow them somewhere else lol.

@f5 you may feel that way but linked in is someobe’s social media site. They can do whatever they want to promote themselves. Is it ethical to lie about what you do? No. But it’s also not a fireable offense.
I’m from Cigna and promoted myself when I got here, no better time to infer you had a better secondary title.
You can thank your HCSC hr for the great cross mapping they claim to have worked so hard on to give us new titles to jobs that have nothing to do with our actual job functions. We’re holding on to our old titles to ease confusion with who does what.
What is higher up the totem pole, President or Chief Growth officer?

Why don’t you ask your HR who gave Cigna people titles that apparently didn’t exist previously. A lot of HCSC people act like we asked to be brought here. You all bit off way more than you can chew, but yes let’s troll about titles.

@OP it’s not just Cigna employees. We have plenty of HCSC “officers” as well.
