Managers have known since January who is being cut (supposedly they had no say). 3/31 is their FYE so they want to start the new year with less payroll expense dragging them down.
Trusting any manager in Gainwell is actually laughable. They are probably discussing your value as we speak. It’s either your job or theirs.
