Comcast and affiliates are shady as HE-L with what they are doing right now with offshoring to Chennai— or are they?? It’s right out in the open now & they could give two💩’s about what they are doing to people in the states — or the company??!! More postings out, more making the list in Chennai. American workers are being replaced at rapid speed & you should be concerned (and pi---d off) if still there! If you don’t understand what’s going on in many companies right now, it’s all coming directly from CERTAIN PEOPLE in prominent positions pushing this for Chennai. Analysts are seeing this across the board. Instead of hiring directly in the states, they have decided to slowly pick off jobs within every sector of the company & place them in their Chennai location to save a buck. At what price?? It’s not looking pretty for many & probably won’t for Comcast either. Remember, Comcast’s layoffs at the end of 2025 because of ‘restructuring’ was simply code for you losing your job & having it reposted in Chennai, as was the rest of the year prior & now!

@119 Awe. Do we have angry customers lurking on a layoffs page sh!tting on employees? Or maybe you're mad the stock is doing terribly? Nothing better to do? Obviously not current or former employees because you would know not all jobs at Comcast are customer service jobs. There are 10s of thousands of jobs that are not CS. CS is not going to Chennai, everything else is.

@fb oh no…not social media. LOL… where have you been?? Comcast has always had a negative reputation with customer service for many years before outsourcing. LONG WAIT TIMES..and non responses you say?? What else is new? Your alarmist post is way too late. AI will be taking those jobs from internal and outsourced groups anyway. And customers don’t care. They don’t want to call in and talk to CS anyway. Get a grip!

True. People are taking note because it’s all over social media and they are calling out the job postings. Shame on Comcast. Just wait till customers lose all trust after longer wait times and non responses like many other companies are experiencing. Cheap labor to run the company into the ground? The turnover is insane.
