Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Any updates on AIP percentages

I haven’t seen any end of year AIP percentages and you would think that it would be released by now given we are in a new year and new quarter.

@10r No raises if you get an AIP.

@10r There are no raises this year. If you are on AIP, you get 0% increase. This is most likely to help pay for all of the VPs. They’ve hired this year and to help pay for early retirement and the additional $5000 bonus and 100% AIP and additional weeks of pay they got.

Does anyone know if this is just cost of living raises? Or merit too?

@10g It's BS. They can't even give a 3% raise?
Forget about merit increases, just give use a cost of living increase.

If you get AIP then no raise of any amount. Now get back to work.

While seems company aip multiple will be around 100% the discussions and guidance on the new five tier scale points to a lot of associates getting sub 100% personal factors so that a few tier 4 and 5 get over 100%.

The no raise so a little more value can go to wall Street is bs. Yet another example that the c suite does not care about its staff.

@109 or more than 100% AIP which will more than make up for it.

That's BS. They can't even do a small cost of living increase?
I guess they think we are happy to just keep our jobs, but lots of people will start looking elsewhere.

@108 Correct, if you are eligible for a bonus plan then you will not receive a raise this year.

Yep. If you are eligible for AIP then no raise. If you don't receive AIP, then you get a raise. I'm sure those way above us will still get a nice fat raise though.

Not even 3%. It's crazy.

They estimated it to be 100%- so it will more than likely be 100%. I believe we should know by end of the month.

No AIP for the frontline folks … another example of “The Help” mentality that separates those who work and those who attend meetings and long lunches all day.

@dg unfortunately I have no control over that and hate that it was taken away but my question did not apply to your statement.

Don’t forget the front line workers that aren’t eligible for AIP!! Humana’s foundation- left out in the cold!
