@10g someone was posting accurate dates weeks in advance for about the last year and half that I’ve been visiting this site. I’m assuming that person got scared or riffed because dates are not forthcoming. Rumor is SLT is trying to find the leak. I believe the last set of dates would have been correct but Leadership moved them up by about 10 days out of spite.

@10g There used to be heads up dates that were correct. Many of them, just because you aren’t aware doesn’t mean they didn’t happen. I was riffed on one of those disclosed dates and thankful for the heads up because I handled the last minute meeting with dignity and grace. I think that is all anybody wants. I was rehired and now wonder when the next round of dates will be so I can be equally mentally prepared.
@x4 i read the response you are referring - I think the point is - this site is essentially "after the fact" reporting - I have never seen a "heads up" RIF notice here - makes sense that you want to know - however I don't think the people who know would post it on this site anymore than I think any manager is going to give a heads up to their staff
@qg Duh. I want to know if my area is next. My manager certainly is t going to give us a heads up. The whole reason people come to this site. I don’t understand your point.

@cm if you don’t have constant anxiety working for elevance already then you have your head in the sand and in severe denial. No need to be nasty.
RIFs are part of the business model for all corporations. Learn to live with it.
What a stupid post....Rif coming...that makes it sound like you know something. Then you follow it up with Does anyone know when and who? Don't cause anxiety if you know nothing.
