@10b Many companies are ramping up offshoring as H1B are very limited now. H1Bs acted as funnel to move jobs oversees. Without it, Optum just lifts and shifts the work directly to you new boss in India.
I have been seeing this horsesh-t too. I thought this administration would do something about H1Bs and offshoring of American jobs. Shame on me. No one is coming to save us.
Yup. It's disgusting. It'll accelerate when the social media person is offshored to India. Wait ..maybe it already is someone off shore LOL
@a1 I have absolutely nothing against the Indian people who are just trying to have a job and feed their family like we are. My problem is with corporate UHG who doesn’t value us as workers.

Yeap..I saw dozens on my feed, it's INFURIATING. losing job to Indians in their 20s posting selfies on LinkedIn. I bet most of them don't ever have a degree from an accredited university, fake degrees from fake universities are rampant there. Look it up on YouTube! Crazy. Shame on the CTO for doing this and the CEO for conveniently nog getting involved
