What’s happening in all of the departments? Are layoffs still happening or being talked about? My dept is doing poorly, but I’m being told there has been nothing discussed. I don’t believe it.

@10a I just heard from my leader that there are changes coming & people are going to be required on certain days.
Strong RTO push coming. They will lose enough (Good) employees from that alone to not have to do a big RIF.
I know of some positions that are being told they are basically freezing all commission/bonus for the foreseeable future, so I don’t think that’s a good sign.
