Heald isn't going to provide audited financials and will not contest CSAC decision to terminate Cal Grants. Heald will simply make a perfunctory appearance saying very little.

DOE is UNDER LOTS of pressure from Congress to "do something". That something is going to be denying CCI Title IV funding as CCI is failing the financial tests for federal student aid.

Heald may just not even show up (probably will but not say much) at the CSAC meeting next week as it expects to lose Cal Grants.

California AG is likely in the next couple of days to file a TRO request to prohibit Heald from taking new students until it shows the ability to stay open until the new students can complete their studies.
