I can't say much about the Taco Bell, Safe way type placement. Take it out is my recommendation. But after readying the majority of the letter to Jack Masamino, there is clearly a misunderstanding of placement reporting methodologies. Especially since there are so many different methodologies and guidelines depending on what accreditor you are under.

Wow! This plus the debt payment due this month aaaanddd cal grant denial on Friday. The fat lady has sung. Stick a fork in it, it's done. I do feel bad for the employees who are good and who actually put effort into their job. I hope you guys saved some paychecks.

Can you say political backlash and retaliation because of the the petition?!?!? Kamala had to go to the DOE for support. She wants to be a Senator! Do we at Heald make some mistakes, yes. But who is perfect? Are we trying every day to do the best by our students yes!!! Sad, when an institution like Heald is destroyed by politics!!!

Thank you OP for posting this letter. I just read the entire document. On page 8, section f, the document states that “Heald Honolulu classified a 2011 graduate of an Accounting program as employed in the field based upon a food service job at Taco Bell.” I point this out because the faculty and staff at Heald Honolulu have been lied to and deluded for the past year into thinking that they are better than everyone else, that they did nothing wrong, that they were only guilty by association. Well, it turns out that Heald Honolulu is just as rotten as the rest of them.

The rest of us, who read the document, now need to wait into May for the appeal. As a faculty member I am dismayed by the findings. And saddened that a school I believed in, students I believed in, would do all this. It's a lot of findings.
Is this the same thing as the AG issue? Or is this separate?
