In my PSL all the hard-working people were let go, but the ass kissers and mid-level managers (team leads, etc) who do not do any jobs stay. now we have more managers than workers. that is ridiculous.
Too bad they didn't walk out only the slackers with near misses and call ins. The ones that talk on their phones instead of staying busy.
I was surprised several of those with write ups in the last few months are still there. They were still walking people out today, good ones that didn't waste time kissing ass.
