Following the layoffs, major changes been made in Wexford. One “manager” has been removed from her role in columns and moved to another “manager role” with the “job” of saving 400,000 by end of december or see 10 operators lose their job in one department.
Easiest way to save money would be to return to 1 manager and 2 supervisors and get rid of these so called supervisors who quite frankly don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Demote the extra 2 team leaders, the 4 supervisors who aren’t qualified to supervise themselves. Morale would go up, toxic leadership would be removed and the department might actually work rather than sit around the office with the door closed, gossiping in their clicks. The right move was to remove the toxic manager, now follow it up with getting rid of the rest of them.
Useless job titles for useless “leaders”. 400K will be saved in a matter of weeks rather than months.
In the meantime, avoid this place with the sinking ship it is. Anyone with common sense will be leaving ASAP.
Kevin should have cut them all out.
