The cozy relationship between CEO and Board allows SM and ELT cronies to get rewarded for cutting employees while revenue shrinks. They meet OI targets and get rich while the average employee suffers. So his get rich strategy is working. This is repulsive and there should be better governance. #Shameful

We had a remote job for two years. Remember how well the pandemic went with zero warm bodies in the offices? How easily EL forgets how happy they were with the productivity. Now to get teammates to leave, EL mandates 4 or 5 days RTO. What a shifty thing to do after all of our hard work during covid. EL will run this bank into the ground.

JW and HA - Both Are Responsible for Terrible Analyst Rankings. Why Are They Still Here?

We have lost the only edge we had for awhile - Gartner's favorable rankings. Now we are out of the Leaders Quadrant of the MQ and the Spider Chart shows the rapid decline while Snowflake and Databricks are passing us. When will these two executives be held accountable? #Shameful #Overpaid

I was laid off, I work for Ontada.
They just laid off 47 of us, very cold and calculated. We are required to work for 2 weeks and our Managers have not addressed up directly. Just continue to host meetings without us and ignore our emails. #Shameful
