First time he opened his mouth he rambled on for several mins about him and his partner. It was pretty clear then that he oversold himself skills wise and was going to sink quickly. We are all surprised he has managed to hold on for this long
A CEO outsourcing strategy to some ding do-g who in turn outsources strategy to McKinsey who then creates busy work to distract AE’s from selling. I think that would make a classic Dilbert cartoon. If a CEO is not capable and confident in setting strategy that alone is alarming.
Perhaps the next hire should be based on experience and skill rather than LGBTQ affiliated? I mean he spent most of his time berating anyone that wasn’t g-y instead of focusing on a winning strategy for Teradata.
I bet HA is leaking this, just like she and NC did before for ME. You're going next gurrll~

From a previous thread…..
Classless How ME got fired, NC and HA leaked it a month ago
TDC can’t even fire someone the right way. ELT peers leaking a confidential search on this site a month ago is shameful. ME did all he could do in a cr---y legacy company. HA and NC will get theirs soon. #shameful
CSO??? Only place I’ve heard of having such a thing. Most tech outfits have a real CTO. But hey every org needs a Chief Burning Man eh?
Care to comment Chappers ?
This time around, try hiring someone who has implemented strategy successfully in a technology company that significantly bolstered revenue. That is, someone who has a track record in providing what Teradata needs, rather than theoretical consultants who talk a good game but lack the proper experience and have no skin in the game.
Why do we need a CSO? Get rid and don’t replace.
McKinsey out of favour? I believe, TD has gone through all consultancies, no?
