RJ leadership, especially IT/IS gets off on these situations. They went for c—tails when the deed was done I'm sure. And they'll be happily golfing and boating this weekend. I empathize with you all. Not the first time they've done this, won't be the last. Unless you were directly invited in for employment there (yes, HR recruiting and hiring is horribly biased and corrupt) you're still not "safe" even if you survived this round. I'd start looking for employment elsewhere if I were still working there. The place operates like high school cliques do. Still a best place to work/top Tampa Bay employer? I think not. #RJCares ..!.. ..!..

So much for "unprecedented layoffs" like in 2013 Tom and Paul. I guess just another run of routine layoffs at RJ. What is the press release excuse this time? Not sure you'll get a lot of cudos on #RJCares in the near future either. I know I'm excitingly waiting for the next Linkedin #RJCares posting. Obviously it is a public image lie.
