For those interested 20 yrs here, single income with kids. It hurts because I have so much passion and love for RJ, my teams and the work that we were doing. Although shocked, hurt and caught off guard, it's business! They paid me well and I gave them my all. I hold nothing against RJ. In fact I would go back if opportunity presents presents itself. I'm grateful for the severance and I know it must have been a very hard decision for all involved. I was in IT. One door closes and another opens. Hang in everyone, you were looking for a job when you found RJ, again.. its business not personal.
Laid Off Single Income

Laid off from RJ today. Single income. 24 years of service. 64 years old. Terrified.
